How Tradi works
Verified before they can take a job
Every tradesperson on Tradi is ID-checked and trade-certified before they can accept work. The badge on a profile means we checked, not that they said so.
Reviews from completed jobs only
A rating comes from a customer whose job was booked, done and paid for through Tradi. No anonymous reviews, and the tradesperson gets a right of reply.
Priced up front, paid through Tradi
The quote is the price, with no fee added for customers. Payment is held until the work is done, and a refund policy says what happens when it is not.
